What it is
From now until Jan 1, 2026, we refund one eligible order every day.

How to enter
Every purchase placed on ekontravel.com during the event period is automatically entered. No extra steps required.

Daily selection window
Orders placed between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM (ET) are eligible for that day

Winner selection
Each day, one order is selected at random from all eligible orders placed during that day’s window.

Refund
The winning order is refunded to the original payment method.
Refund covers: the full order total (product + shipping + taxes).
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after selection.

Limits & fairness
• One winner per day.
• We may limit winners to one refunded order per customer during the entire event.
• Orders that appear fraudulent or abusive (bots, chargeback abuse, etc.) may be excluded.

Cancelled or returned orders
Cancelled orders, chargebacks, or fully returned orders are not eligible.

Notification
Winners may be contacted by email using the details provided at checkout.

Changes
We may update or end the event if required for fraud prevention, technical issues, or legal compliance. Any changes will be posted on this page.
