Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out! We offer a 90 day return to all orders!

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are damage or defective during shipping and upon receipt.

If applicable: 

  1. To be eligible to claim a refund, you must have purchased products from ekontravel.com.
  2. You can submit refund requests within 55 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (35 days) has expired. Please contact us at info@ekontravel.com for your request.
  3. You will be required to pay for the return shipping label. 
  4. Once approved, allow us 24-48 hours to process your refund.

Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during the purchase. 

Refund Timeline: Once we initiate the refund, If you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account immediately. If you paid with a credit card, it will take a few days to reflect on your account. Please note that the exact timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.

Here's what you need to know about cancelling an order with EKON :

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel orders after 6 hours as they may already be in the processing stage.


Confirmation Email: Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the transaction. This email will serve as proof of the refund for your records.

Note: If the package is returned to us because of incorrect address, provided by the customer, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
