⚠️ Important Shipping Update
Due to overwhelming demand for our RoadArmor pants, many orders are currently experiencing longer processing and shipping times than usual.
First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the delay and understand how frustrating it can be to wait longer than expected for your order.
The response to RoadArmor has exceeded all of our expectations, creating temporary production backlogs affecting many orders.
Please rest assured that your order is being processed and will be shipped as quickly as possible. We are actively increasing production capacity and working closely with our fulfillment partners to reduce delays.
If you would prefer not to wait, we completely understand. Simply contact our support team at support@ekontravel.freshdesk.com and we will be happy to issue you a 100% refund, no questions asked.

We carefully quality check all products before sending them out to customers. Processing time is typically 2–5 business days.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
EKON is not liable if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate before placing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no additional cost.
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If the package is still in transit and marked as undeliverable, customers may provide an alternative address for rerouting.
📮 P.O. Box Address Policy
Please note that we do not recommend using P.O. Box addresses as your shipping destination.
While we strive to ensure the successful delivery of every order, P.O. Boxes are not always supported by our delivery partners, which may result in failed deliveries, delays, or returned shipments.
Important Notice:
If a customer enters a P.O. Box address, they assume full responsibility for any delivery issues that may occur.
EKON is not liable for lost, missing, or undelivered packages sent to P.O. Box addresses.
Refunds, replacements, or reshipments will not be provided for orders affected due to the use of a P.O. Box.
To help ensure a smooth and successful delivery, we highly recommend providing a valid physical street address when placing your order.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Tracking is available for all orders.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"
For some shipping companies, it can take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.
HOW WILL MY PACKAGES ARRIVE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages.

Delivery Confirmation Policy
Please be advised that once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over its handling or delivery. At that point, responsibility for the package is transferred to the logistics provider.
Once a tracking number indicates that an order has been delivered, we are no longer liable for any missing packages. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address.
To support transparency and timely communication, we collect phone numbers at checkout. This enables carriers to contact customers directly in case of delivery issues.
If an order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
We also recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office if your order is marked as delivered but has not been received.
